Coupez les endroits o\u00f9 il pourrait y avoir des petits os, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 la base de la langue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pr\u00e9levez \u00bd litre de bouillon et d\u00e9layez-y le sachet de gel\u00e9e. Faites bouillir 1 mn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coupez les langues et le fond de jambon en tranches fines. Alternez-les dans la terrine en y ajoutant le persil lav\u00e9 et cisel\u00e9.
