Y mettre le th\u00e9 vert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Verser un verre d&rsquo;eau bouillante sur le th\u00e9 et, apr\u00e8s une minute, jeter cette eau qui aura \u00f4t\u00e9 son amertume au th\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Attention! Ne pas jeter le th\u00e9! Y ajouter le bouquet de menthe, le sucre et remplir la th\u00e9i\u00e8re d&rsquo;eau bouillante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Laisser infuser 7 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remuer avec une cuill\u00e8re et remplir un verre que l&rsquo;on reverse dans la th\u00e9i\u00e8re; r\u00e9p\u00e9ter cette op\u00e9ration deux fois (ceci permet de m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients et les parfums).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avant de servir, go\u00fbter si le th\u00e9 est suffisamment sucr\u00e9 et infus\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si l&rsquo;on poss\u00e8de la th\u00e9i\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate (th\u00e9i\u00e8re \u00e0 long goulot), verser de tr\u00e8s haut dans les verres afin que se forme une mousse (le turban). On sert en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral trois verres de th\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque convive, le go\u00fbt variant avec le temps d&rsquo;infusion.
