Faire pocher les blancs de poulet dans le liquide bouillant pendant 15 minutes. Les retirer, les couper en petits morceaux et les arroser de jus de citron. Saler, poivrer. R\u00e9server et filtrer 50 cl de bouillon de cuisson.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ciseler les herbes fra\u00eeches et ajouter la gousse d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9e. Enrober les morceaux de poulet avec ce m\u00e9lange et les r\u00e9partir dans une terrine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans une petite casserole, dissoudre la gel\u00e9e avec le bouillon refroidi. Amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et retirer du feu aussit\u00f4t. Verser dans la terrine afin de recouvrir compl\u00e8tement les morceaux de poulet. Mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au minimum 4 heures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour d\u00e9mouler plonger le fond de la terrine quelques secondes dans l&rsquo;eau chaude.
